What makes you meta. That special little part of you that is key to being a super-powered player in Masked. What do you do? That's up you and how many Powers Points you have at conception and how many Drawbacks you take. Most of these are stand alone, but for multiple abilities, they can basically all be paired together.

Much like with qualities, don't take any power you think is useful and then be pissed off if we deny the application. The Powers must have a reason for being there… so don't be an omnilingual, super-fast, energy-absorbing, fast-healing, six-limbed, intangible, telepathic man. Unless your story explains why.
