Sonic Manipulation

This isn't just ventriloquism. You can literally make just about any sound you want within 100 yards. Yeah, you get to mess with heads. Make them think they're hearing voices. Explosions. Rattling chains. Really, it's your auditory playground. Of course, sound can disorient and you're welcome to make a Willpower/Intelligence roll to determine just how much this throws someone's balance off. For every success level, you incur a (-1 per Success Level) penalty to those around you at your discretion. In order to hold the disorientation, the Sonic Manipulator must make additional Willpower/Intelligence rolls with a cumulative -2 penalty for every round. If you would like to deal some damage, pair this with Super Attack.
